The video ‘Cigars & Cognac’ will feature R&B singer Rell and be released first to his thousands of fans via Twitter.
The previous video ‘Starting 5’ debuted on 106 & Park just last week. The single was produced by multi-platinum producer Bink and includes appearances from Reek da Villian, Maffew Ragazino, Mickey Factz and Jon Connor. Fans can now vote for Boola’s video to be in the National Top 10 alongside artists such as Lil Wayne and Chris Brown here.
BOOLA, who has worked with Nas, Jim Jones, Beanie Sigel, Ne-Yo and more, is preparing to perform at SOBs in New York City on November 13 for BET’s Music Matter Showcase, a national platform for who’s next in Hip-Hop.
Despite the effort put into ‘No Better Time Than The Present’, BOOLA intentionally decided to make his new album a free download to show the industry and his fans what he’s made of as a rapper. “I’ve proven myself as a producer; now I want them to see me as something more. I’m not asking for their money but just a chance. This is real Hip-Hop and we back.” Boola is also the newly official brand ambassador for alcoholic beverage Passion XO.
