Shun Ward Releases a New Music Video

Shun Ward has been known throughout the southern region as a crooner who "Jacks" industry beats from Major Artist to make his own release. Last year Shun Ward turned heads on Youtube when he snatched Kirko Bangz's, "Drank In My Cup" and created his own video version, "Sip Out MyCup"- the internet went nuts. "Sip Out My Cup" caught fire on many hip-hop blogs and was even selected for the movie/soundtrack, "Generation Me", an independent film starring Ray Sr, of TrendSetters.

Now Shun Ward has taken this marketing strategy a step further. Meek Mill and Kirko Bangz premiered, on BET Music awards 2012, a new single, "Young and Gettin' It", from Mill's upcoming album, "Dreams and Nightmares" due October 30th. Critics have given the original hot track bad reviews because of Mill's use of the "Autotunes" voicebox, made popular by T-Pain. Although the official video for "Young and Gettin' It" has yet to be released, Shun Ward and his partner, Young One, "jumped the gun" by releasing a "studio" video of Shun Ward's version, "Young Wild N' Gifted" on Youtube. Needless to say, but I will, Shun Ward omitted the use of the "Autotunes" voicebox. Blog critics are giving Shun Ward's version two thumbs up.
