Since "M to the 3rd" has been release a little over a year ago, New York bred, but Tampa native Genolexis brings us his new album titled "The Xclusive Project". He gives us 15 tracks featuring music artists such Jroc Jones, Crush Capital, Madeline Snyder, Koi, and Scott Bihorel. Geno's full intent and soul purpose is to give you that feeling of hip hop, and maybe what it once was that you loved so much. With notable songs from the album such as Love and Hip Hop, and also Pump Ya Fist, he's definately here to give you that feeling of good music.
A few of Genolexis's favorite artists of all time are Bob Marley, Tupac Shakur, Nas, and Garnet Silk.
After the arrival of Geno in 1996, during the height of hip hop, he moved down to Florida from NY after his grandmother moved. He did take an occasional trip back and forth to see the family at times. As the years went by, Geno discovered his talents through mutual friends and visits to local coffee houses where he would soon grow a deeper love for the music.
When you sit back and listen to this album it'll be a breath of fresh air for you and anyone else who experiences "The Xclusive Project" by Genolexis.
