"My new mixtape is pure Hip-Hop!" Memphis born rapper TMack said with a grin during a recent studio session after he wrapped up his highly anticipated project, "Karma".
One of the South's fastest rising Hip-Hop stars, TMack, born Terence Duan Jones (1987), is thrilled to announce the release of "Karma" (hosted by DJ Rocksteddy), spearheaded by the blazing hit single "Not A Superhero", which already received more than 40,000 YouTube views on TMack's official Vevo channel.
"The concept of 'Karma' is that you get back what you put out. Everything in life is an entire cycle of cause and effect. This project was necessary for me as an artist and my music because I'm not glorifying things like many other rappers so I have a message, especially for the young minds who get influenced very easy by the wrong things in Hip-Hop."
Although his rap moniker may not quite yet be a household name in the Hip-Hop circuit, make no mistake because Memphis, Tennessee born rapper/producer TMack is definitely no stranger to the game.
Being the protégé of southern Hip-Hop star MJG from the infamous rap collective 8Ball & MJG, TMack produced countless hit records for the duo and both, him and MJG, launched the label Space Age Entertainment.
Southern Hip-Hop legend and TMack's mentor MJG says, "I started Space Age Entertainment with the intentions of being able to create music and entertainment for people who are passionate about quality entertainment. T-Mack has been under my wing for the last few years and has really listened to and trusted and believed this vision along with me."
Having worked with notable Hip-Hop stars such as 8Ball & MJG, Young Buck, Slim of 112, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, Boo & Gotti, and Memphis emcee Don Trip, TMack simply has the DNA of a hit producer and formula to cook up heat in the studio, which you can witness on his new mixtape.
"'Karma' is the title of T-Mack's mixtape. You should expect good songs and quality music that will stand the test of time. Look for future projects that I am currently working on… my mixtape is coming soon and I'm also working on a movie. T-Mack will also be a part of my production team for the movie soundtrack and do a cameo in the movie. On that note I will leave you all with my Space Age phrase, 'Space Age Ent.: Where today is yesterday and tomorrow is today'," MJG added.
"Karma" is full of personal experiences and struggles with lyrics and beats that compliments each other perfectly. His music blends his distinct southern style over hard-hitting and soulful beats. The mixtape is sure to stir up the social networks and Hip-Hop websites and TMack will soon be a familiar and household name in the nationwide Hip-Hop game.
