As Big K.R.I.T. prepares for the release of his major label debut “Live From The Underground” and a nationwide tour, the Mississippi native recently sat down with DJ Princess Cut (aka SweetBox Jones) for an up close and intimate interview. The interview covers everything from K.R.I.T.’s influences and his rise from the underground to him becoming one of the premier rappers and most sought out producers in the game today.
K.R.I.T.’s highly anticipated album “Live From The Underground” will be available in stores and online on June 5th and the project features high profile appearances from Ludacris, Melanie Fiona, 2Chainz, Bun B, Big Sant, 8Ball & MJG, Devin The Dude, Anthony Hamilton, Ms. Linnie and B.B. King. “I Got This” is the lead single from K.R.I.T.’s forthcoming album and it is currently heating up airwaves on both rhythmic and urban formats while receiving major DJ support and heavy club play.
